Competition Groom

Looking to fill immediately - SERIOUS INQUIRIES, CANADIAN CITIZENS ONLY PLEASE

We are based in Calgary, and attend shows throughout the year including Thunderbird, Thermal ,WEF and Spruce Meadows.

We require a show groom to go on the road and travel to shows throughout Canada and the US. You would be working in a team environment, and would typically take care of 3 horses at the shows. We have jumpers from 1.30m and up.

This is a full time job.

The ideal candidate will have strong work ethic, take pride in their work, is a quick thinker and adaptable, has common sense, works well with others and has some horse show experience, however we will train you to our standards.

Duties would include but not limited to mucking out, grooming, lunging, show grooming, braiding,clipping, tacking up for riders etc.
