Full Job Description Brazos Valley Equine Hospitals, Navasota PLLC has an immediate opening on our team for a motivated individual to help us care for horses. We are a premier group of equine practices with multiple locations in Texas. We are a busy, interactive practice with over 70+ team members and we believe in our ability to help people through the care of horses. If you have a desire to help improve the lives of horse owners and help us to grow our business, we want to talk to you. We are seeking a team player to work with our veterinary staff and doctors.Applicants must have office experience, computer skills, possess a steady personality, and have the ability to build long lasting relationships with our clients and vendors while having the ability to manage their time in a busy atmosphere. While horse experience is desired but not required, requirements do include computer skills.The Office Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the office activities, including client communications, scheduling, billing, payments, and inventory. Qualifications: Comprehensive understanding of the standard operating procedures, records, & terminology used in an equine facility. Working knowledge of the horse industry preferred Experience in a veterinary practice preferred Team-oriented, self-motivated and positive individual with strong work ethics. Excellent communication, customer service, computer, and organizational skills, and ability to efficiently handle multiple telephone lines.
